ANNEALED Wire
Annealed wire, also known as soft iron wire, is the product with the greatest ductility and malleability. It starts as hard drawn wire and goes through a heat treatment in our own furnaces, under in-house programs and in a controlled atmosphere when required. The annealing process changes the molecular structure of the steel to release the internal stress built up during drawing.
It is the material of choice whenever a wire has to be handled by hand or bent into complex shapes without breaking.

APPLICATIONS
Thanks to its malleability, bending and tying ability, it is the product of choice in construction (the well known baling wire) for tying rebar and formwork. It is also used for industrial baling of paper, cardboard and plastic at recycling plants. In fine gauges and plastic coated, it is found in seals, face masks and decorative items.
