CONTINUOUS COPPER COATED Wire
There is a range of copper coated products that require a certain controlled hardness while still guaranteeing a homogeneous copper surface.
As a copper coated annealed wire is drawn, part of that copper layer is lost with each successive pass. Our drawing machines carry a purpose-built device that keeps the wire continuously immersed in a copper sulphate bath before the last drawing pass, reinforcing the copper layer and giving it uniformity and an excellent final finish.

APPLICATIONS
